We have continued to develop a relationship with the Colombian Coffee Club, a family business that produces coffee and also assists other small farms in connecting with buyers in the US that are interested in premium beans. The Black Condor project has established a washing station to support farmers from Gaitania who have been affected by guerrilla war. The coffee club ensures direct and fair payment, offering rates 18-20% above market rate, equating to $350,000 COP per carga. Driven by quality, they consistently host workshops with their producers, covering processes, fermentation, drying, and cupping their own coffees. More here!
