We believe a big part of our role as roasters is curating a diverse selection of high quality beans.  If you enjoy dark roasts, we recommend Mexico or Nicaragua.  If you tend to prefer medium roasts, try the Guatemala, Colombia and Rwanda.  And if you like lighter roasts, you'll enjoy the Ecuador or Ethiopia.  The decaf is so flavorful and enjoyable you won't even miss the caffeine.  No matter which you choose, though, you won't be disappointed.
